I'm not a business, just need help sorting out my personal tax, can you help?
Yes we can. We have many individual tax return clients and enjoy making sure our clients are educated on what deductions they may have.
Can we meet to discuss prior to going ahead, to see if we’re the right fit?
Absolutely you can – in fact I would prefer it. How else can I dazzle you with my many qualifications 😊 but seriously it is very important that you know your Accountant – you don’t need to know my favourite food – which is chocolate – but you do need to know that your accountant is qualified, educated and approachable. I want you to feel comfortable to ask questions – questions that may seem mundane or trivial that are actually integral to how you can claim or not claim something in your tax return or expense correctly in your business.
Do you do personal tax returns?
We do personal, company, trust, partnership and Self managed superfund returns, SMSF.
I have historical tax issues, can you help?
Yes we can – dependant on how far back we need to go we may need to go old school and send paper to the ATO to get the job done, but also if you’re looking to amend a tax return already lodged and assessed there are time allowances on our ability to lodge amendments
I'm in another state, what areas do you service?
We can service any area, always only a phone call away or email and we even answer texts. We can advise you and complete your tax returns via zoom, facetime, email and phones. This past year has made us realise we don’t need an old mahogany desk to do your tax returns.
My business operates both locally and internationally, can you help?
That will be dependant on the base entity’s residency. But if you live here in Australia the answer is yes
If I have a question throughout the year, can I send it through?
We actually love to hear from our clients – you might know accounting and tax can be boring and we are happy to have a client call to have chat.
Can you do my quarterly BAS?
Of course I can – it is actually a great chance to say Hi and discuss your business
What can I claim on my personal tax?
Maybe not everything you have been told you can by those non accountant people who may like to give you advice, but we are certainly looking to make sure we use our professional education to your best advantage in knowing what we can claim dependant on each individual case. But even people with the same job title may be claiming different expenses.. But we’re here to guide you through things exactly like this.
Do you offer standard Book Keeping services?
We do AND we also have great relationship – we actually share an offfice with – Simply Set-Up Bookkeeping in Coburg
I'd like to change accounts and move my affairs to NCH, how do I do this?
First up – call us, and dependant on your circumstances that may be all you need to do – leave the rest to us.
